As a local, independent charity, our aim is to help local residents who use our services. Our team are fully committed and trained to help residents with their issues.

Our complaints leaflet is also available on request. If you do have a complaint we follow the Citizens Advice complaints procedure which means we should acknowledge your complaint in five working days and provide a full response within eight weeks.

When we record and use your personal information we only access it when we have a good reason, only share what is necessary and relevant, and we don’t sell it to commercial organisations. We need to record information about you to help with your enquiry. We have a legitimate interest to do this.
