Client behaviour

All the team at CAML is dedicated to providing the best support for our clients.

We are a charity and unfortunately we’re simply unable to support everyone who seeks our help.

We expect all clients and visitors to be courteous to CAML team members at all times, as they have the right to feel safe and secure while working and volunteering.

Anyone showing aggressive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour to our team or to others will be asked to leave or the remote support will be terminated. CAML has the right to ban individuals from charity services/support.
