This week (16 – 22 November) is National Consumer Week.
National Consumer Week is a yearly campaign which aims to raise people’s awareness of specific consumer issues.

More people are shopping online than ever before—a shift which has been heightened during the coronavirus pandemic. Along with the increase in online shopping, there’s been an increase in the number of problems consumers are having with it. It’s vital consumers know their rights when shopping online and how to be a #SafeShopper.
If you’re looking for advice on what your consumer rights are when buying something online and what you can do if you have a problem, you can find out more on Citizens Advice pages. Citizens Advice can help you be a #SafeShopper online bit.ly/3eodNMF
