We are looking for a Specialist Services Manager to join our team. You will manage the charity’s specialist services and projects including line management of service advisers, ensuring quality is at its highest as well as meeting our contract and performance targets. You will work with stakeholders including partners/funders and produce regular monitoring reports. If you are passionate about supporting individuals and families in need are a natural team leader with project and line management experience, and are interested in joining a dedicated professional team we would love to hear from you.
You must be prepared to work flexibly. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, work will be home based until our offices and outreach venues re-open. Our offices have excellent public transport links and Mitcham also has a carpark. We offer a friendly and welcoming work environment and can provide flexible work opportunities dependent on service demands.

Terms and Conditions
- Part-time position (3 days a week (between Mon to Thurs)
- Contract: Permanent
- Base location: CAML Office (but currently home working owing to Covid-19)
- Salary: £18,000 for 3 day week (£30,000 FTE)
