When remotely volunteering with us, all volunteers are provided charity IT equipment and mobile phone. We also have remote volunteering framework and well-being support.

The role requires a professional use and understanding of client management databases (Casebook) and analysis of data. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – are desired.
DBS disclosure is not required for this role. Satisfactory references will be requested when you apply.

Before you join the remote team, you’ll receive remote comprehensive training for the specific role from the Head of Advice Services.
Your learning will continue through online training and volunteering experience.

Our services are open 10am to 4pm, five days a week. We are looking for volunteers who are able to be with us for at least one day per week, starting at 9.45am, but we can be flexible.
We will agree days and times with you, and these can be changed if needed. If for any reason you’re unable to attend we ask you let your team know.
