How Adviceline works – an example:

A client calls Adviceline with two issues. They need help with completing a disability benefits application and they have an unrelated query about a relative’s will. Our Adviceline Officer completes a telephone assessment exploring both issues. The officer books an appointment with our Merton Disability Benefits adviser. We also explain how probate works referencing information on Citizens Advice website.
